Does this stick to a silicone case?

This phone holder can be sticked to the silicone case except liquid silicone case.

How much weight can it hold? I have a Pixel 6 with a full body aluminum case.

My phone weighs 188g without a case and it easily handles it. A Google Pixel 6 weighs 207g without a case, so it should work fine. Keep in mind the adhesive patch that comes with the stand needs a completely smooth surface. If your case is brushed aluminum, it probably won't adhere very well.
