Very well made fry pan.
Best fry pans ever used. Clean up is very easy. Best to use a little butter or oil and cook on low to medium heat. Also advisable to use a cover when cooking. This helps things cook faster and more evenly.

Great non stick pan for induction cooking
I bought a set of these pans 3.5 years ago when I had my new induction cooktop installed. They’ve lasted well, but it was time to replace the smallest one, I’ve been happy with the quality so I purchased the same again. Note to self do not immerse hot pan in water or it will degrade the non stick surface.

Capable of lasting
I increased the Stars to 4 because i have followed the directions and have not used this product above medium heat . The pan still preforms well. Also I never use anything but silicone in it so it is scratch free as well. Hand wash only. I ruined the first pan by doing all the wrong things. This one is still great because I pay attention to the way I use it.

Quality Construction ?
I've been using this pan every day for the past three months on my induction cooktop and couldn't be happier. I always wait before giving my review and opinion on any purchase. You expect your purchase to function well when new, but for me it's longevity is far more important. Unfortunately it didn't come with a lid. Well, its now been 8 months, and I hate to say it but this surface has failed big time! Everything sticks now. I always wash this pan by hand with dawn and have never never over heated it, but even cooking something as simple as an egg sticks like it's an iron skillet. Wow sad
