have tried several kayak locks in the past and this is by far the best i've used...i use two to lock my two 17.5' sea kayaks together and they work really well...took me some creative thinking to figure out how to take out the slack so the loops could not be slipped over the ends, but once i figured it out, it works well.

useful and easy to use, well constructed of sturdy materials. provides moderate degree of security while transporting kayaks. Does not mark or damage boat or car. I no longer need to park where I can see the vehicle when I stop. Of course, with proper equipment a thief could remove easily.

Awesome product that doesn't seem to be available in Australia for some reason. Works brilliantly whether on the roof racks or on the storage rack. Looks very well made and secure

These are a bit too long for my kayaks. I am able to wrap them around a pole to fit them to my size. I like the key and combo lock. Holds up well season after season.

Very strong and secure, as expected. They do twist around so you have to be careful not to drag the end in the sand/dirt - particularly the locking mechanism, but they do exactly what they say they do.

We use it to secure two kayaks at a public rack. Works great.

I purchased this locking system to secure the Emotion Glide Kayak. I fits well and is easy to set up your own combination. It also has keys that allow you to reset the combination at any time. Well worth the investment.
