Didn't even unzip the plastic cover because of the dead insects. Item was returned.

I bought one of these for the in-laws to sleep on whenever they came over to my apartment. I needed something that can be hidden away under my bed when not in use. The packaging was great. I almost sliced the pad because the packaging was so tightly wrapped around this. So be careful!! Took about an hour to get fully expanded, and after testing it out it was very soft and comfortable. A bit short in length if you are over 6 feet tall, however, but definitely did the trick. Put it to use this past weekend and safe to say the in-laws really liked it! Recommend.
