Samsung Galaxy S21+ Case, S-View Flip Cover - Gray (US Version)

I love this case. It is stylish and it protects my phone when it is dropped by mistake. When the phone is dropped, the case will close protecting the phone. I also have a screen protection on the phone for added protection. The case looks more expensive than it is. The case fits just right on my S21+. It's also easy to hold on my hand because it's not bulky.

I love the feature of being able to see the basic stats with the cover closed. The phone somehow recognizes that the cover is closed and shows basic info in the small clear window of the cover. This window is touch friendly, so you may pickup a call without opening the cover.The only feature I miss is a magnet lock to keep the cover closed. If you drop the phone with a random rotation momentum, chances are the cover will open and the glass get broken. Not a big deal to me as I never used covers before and got used to be careful, but for some people it can be a deal breaker. I'd not recommend this cover for the kids.And the price is well above the real value. A realistic price would be $20-$30. There is absolutely nothing exclusive or fancy in this cover.

Wow! Everything about this case is great. I typically buy one twice a year because they look so beat up and cruddy. This one is holding up and the window on the edge actually works!

This case makes it easy to check if I have notifications when I'm at work without having to pick up my phone. I simply lift and release the cover. I like the cover as added protection for the screen but I also installed a screen protector in case I drop it while I have the cover opened to the back. I've only had the case a short time so I can't speak to durability but the piece connecting the front and back pieces is thin flexible material. I feel if your rough on your phone and cover, this case isn't for you. Yes you can take pictures with the cover folded back, the clear piece in the front makes this possible however if you were to scratch up this part, this would impact photo quality. Regardless I don't feel it's too difficult to take a photo with this piece simply held out of the way. Another review said the case blocked their signal. This is definitely not an issue for me, signal hasn't been impacted at all. I gave the case 4 stars because the plastic part does make photos a little less clear which although remedied by moving the cover, that can be annoying.

The edges started to fray quickly. Not able to be cleaned. It's like the rubber/plastic is so porous that it easily picks up dirt and other items including pocket lint easily. This wouldn't be so bad but it being so porous it stains the dirty color and cannot be cleaned. This is stupid something that costs so much is basically ruined in under a month.
