Please can seller contact me!Can’t stop the bottle from leaking at the bottom!Also instructions in leaflet about the temperature of water to use say warm water but there are no instructions on Amazon about that! The instructions are different on Amazon and in the manual provided with the bottle about how to start off using it or when it’s not been used for some time.It is made of glass so you do have to be very careful, the up side though is it is the cheapest I found and the water tastes great! If I can stop the profound leaking then I would highly recommend the product. The lid and bottom is made from bamboo and has a panda design around, I just think it adds a really cuteness!

Not had time to really make a true opinion but I have used it three times so far. Yes easy to use just add water from the tap and wait until ready to drink. Water does taste different and is pleasant. Time will tell if it grants any health benefits.

Unfortunately, the water bottle leaked hot water everywhere. The only plus was a fast refund. I may have been unlucky, I didn’t feel like trying again with a replacement. Shame, like the idea.

I have this on the go at home all the time. I use it for endless cups of herbal tea and miso soup. The base twists off so that the filter can be replaced. Therefore you need to ensure when you twist the base back on that it is level and tight, or it will leak. Personally I think its great.

It was a tough decision between the 300ml and the 450ml. The 300ml (10oz) is really small. But I liked the color and the hook for a lanyard making it hands-free for traveling. I was afraid the larger one may be too bulky to bring it between home and office.Followed instructions to add boiling water to activate the cartridge. The base leaked (see photo). However, after disassembling and reassembling a few times, stopped leaking. I think the rubber ring around the cartridge just needed to be set right.Saw bubbles during activation with boiling water (see photo), and continued to see bubbles with room-temp filtered water.Tried testing pH using basic strips. 1 and 3 are base with Brita-filtered water. 2, 4, and 5 are hydrogen infused water. Barely a difference after waiting 10 min. More like it took 8.0 and turned to 8.5. Definitely not the large jump as I was expecting.However, I’m still optimistic in the benefits of this bottle and looking forward to using it consistently. I plan on drinking quite a bit of it, so hopefully I’ll start noticing some changes.

Not really understanding the difference and alkalinity is not different from neutral pH waters, maybe we're missing something?!

It smells horrible no matter how much I clean it. It’s undrinkable water.

I like the way it makes water taste.Bought two, my sisters fell over on the kitchen counter and broke.Very disappointing.Considering a new one or another replacement.Too expensive to replace every other month.
