I almost cannot live without this product. It works wonders for your hips and spine. There are so many poses and workouts you can do, and also find on YouTube. I tend to do what feels the best and it doesn't even feel like a workout. It's a peaceful place and there are some positions that feel like nirvana on the spine. This yoga trapeze in particular is made of very sturdy parachute-like material. I had one for about four years (purple one in pic) that was a different brand, cost around $80-90 and didn't include the hanging hardware. It recently ripped so I had to invest in another. I was skeptical on this cheaper product, but decided to give it a try. I am so pleased with this. Don't hesitate based on price, this is well made and a steal for the investment for your body.

I bought this with the intention of taking it with me camping so I could throw it over a branch of a tree and try some yoga with it. It is surprisingly sturdy, especially if you find a very thick and sturdy branch, but the actual acrobatics that come from using it properly for yoga positions does take practice. The fabric is soft, and yes very sturdy. I was able to sit in it like a sling for many hours on end, and happily swing upside down without fear of falling on my face. I have yet to try it inside my house, because I’m just afraid that I won’t find the right beam , and would like to avoid a concussion if possible. All in all it’s a really fun little contraption to have to appease the primitive monkey in all of us
