The only scrubs that reliably fit me
These are great scrubs! Most scrubs when they say Tall mean the pants are slightly longer, which leaves me with 3-4inches of exposed ankle. These are the perfect length and actually fit me, a woman who is 6' tall. They are stretchy and have a high waist which is great for working in the veterinary field. No chance of cracking a moon or ripping a seam when I'm bending down or greeting a patient at their level. Very comfortable and soft material. Very flattering shape. Sometimes I feel like I'm wearing PJs. I've had a couple pairs that I rotate through, wearing every day for the last 6 years and they are JUST starting to wear through a bit. Unfortunately, they are getting really hard to find. So when they are available in my size again, you can bet I'm going to get several more.

Best Work Pants
I am extremely pleased with these pants. I work in retail so my main goal was to find work pants that were comfortable. With these pants, I got comfort, great style, & a good fit. I love how the draw-string goes all the way around the waist. I also love the stretchy fabric and the pockets. The only thing I would say is that they do run a little bit big, so order a size or two down from your normal size. I'm 5'2, 160 pounds & I normally wear an Extra Large. I read the reviews about these pants running big, so I ordered a Large petite. They fit me good (the length is perfect), but I probably should have ordered a Medium petite. They are on the roomy side, even with the draw-string. If your looking for comfortable lounge or work pants, these are the way to go. I will definitely be ordering several more pairs of these.

These are the winner for the plus size woman!
I will write a review for all those plus size ladies that have trouble finding scrubs that fit. What I mean in a fit, meaning length, fit around the waist, thick thighs, rump. I am large all over. I have somewhat of a curve in my waist, but that is a problem area for me in the lower middle. I have wide rump, thick thighs, short torso and am 5'6". I am losing weight and just getting into a size 24w jeans from Torrid and Lane Bryant. The size 4x was not too much of a difference from the 3x in my opinion. If you are in between a size, then I suggest getting the larger size, but I found that they do loosen up quite a bit during the day, so that may help in your decision. The size 3x in this Dickies Extreme Stretch did fit and had extra room in the rump compared to the Cherokee and others I have tried on, HOWEVER, the thighs were a tad snug, but not horrible (the Cherokees thighs fit snug too). These had a much better fit than the Cherokees due to the higher waist and roomier hip and rump area. The waist has stretch. If you need to do plenty of bending and lifting, this scrub would be a better option compared to the Cherokee because with the Cherokee, you would need to be sure to wear an undergarment because they will show your back side, especially if you have a high booty crack like some people do. Even in the Cherokee size 4x, it had the same issue. Low hipster type pants, NOT meant for larger, rounder in the middle people. The length in both the Dickies and Cherokee Core Stretch pants were very long. These just about covered my feet up. Tends to be with all the scrubs. I had to hem these up at least 3". I would have had to do the same with Cherokee. The tie in the front does help. It is not a stretch tie but the waist does have plenty stretch, the elastic is probably about a 1/2" stretch band (wish they would make these bands at lease 2" wide for plus size ladies and make them pull on). The bottom near the hem does not have the ties. The Dickies feels like a silkier fabric compared to Cherokee. I chose the Dickies extreme stretch contemporary over the Cherokee Core Stretch mainly because of the higher waist fit. They are a little more comfortable, cover the rump even when bending down. I needed the Khaki and the Black. Khaki in the Cherokee is a very light Khaki but not see through, and in the Dickies, they are a shade darker, but not brown, more of a medium colored Khaki. Hope this helped in answering all your questions for these pants. I know I like details when placing an order for clothing online. Looks like that is what is going to happen now with all the store closures. : - ( And I find buying scrubs online is cheaper and they have more options in colors and sizes for the larger person, than shopping in our local scrub stores.

So happy, I ordered more!
These pants are awesome. I'm 5’7, just over 200, approx 43-inch hips so I ordered the x large regular length. They are slightly baggy but the waist is elastic with a drawstring. Very comfy. I love them! I ordered a second pair in a large. They fit very well. Still plenty of room. The fabric is nice, wrinkle-free, and looks great. They washed nice, with no fading or shrinking. I ordered the black. The fabric keeps its rich color. Order them! But I would suggest you don't size up. They are ample.

Perfect summer pants
I bought these pants for working at a summer camp. First and foremost they are very lightweight, making them perfect work wearing outdoors in 95-100° heat. Second, I love the extra pockets, all of which are deep enough to actually store items (unlike many women's pants with pseudo-pockets that barely fit a credit card). This enables me to run around without a purse, which is very handy when chasing down twenty kids across a soccer field. Thirdly, the flared fit makes these pants a bit more stylish than your average scrubs, which is always a nice bonus. And lastly, I've seen other scrubs with reviews about unintentional booty displays when bending over; but with these scrubs that's not a problem. They stay at my waist pretty much no matter what I do. Also, while not entirely immune to picking up pet hair, this fabric blend does seem to be a little more resistant to catching cat hair than some of my other pants. Overall, I love them and would highly recommend these pants to anyone, regardless of whether you need scrubs or not. They are extremely comfortable to wear and possess several convenient qualities that make them ideal summer slacks, workout pants, or loungewear.

NHS worker - needed a comfier scrub pants than the cheap rubbish we're issued with. Very comfy. Very thin fabric with stretch so comfortable in summer. Bonus having pockets. I went for a size smaller than I'd expect and they fit well. Pricey, but worth it for comfort.

I love these scrubs. Fits perfectly and is extremely comfortable. I'm a size 8, 165cm tall and I bought the XS size. The best scrubs I've ever had. Amazing!

I was very excited to find pants that came in tall sizes. I normally wear L, but they were wayyyyy to big! I ended up exchanging them (super easy) for M. This was the right size. I am 171cm, bought M Tall and the pants are actually too long. I ended up shortening them by about 3cm (easy fix, using hemming tape). These pants are stretchy, comfortable and thanks to the drawstring, adjustable around the waist. Best scrubs I have ever bought.

Love the Dickies scrubs; petite length is perfect for me (5’1), colour lasts after washing, doesn’t need ironing, very comfy.
