Sensitive Skin and Stomach Large Breed Puppy Food Salmon and Rice Formula - 24 lb. Bag

My large-breed puppy has a sensitive stomach, and this formula has worked wonderfully. The salmon protein is easy to digest, and I noticed firmer stools and no upset during the transition. He loves the taste and finishes every meal. After a few weeks, his coat is shinier, and he scratches less, which tells me the skin/coat benefits are real. The kibble size is perfect for a growing pup, though the salmon smell is stronger than chicken-based foods. It’s a little more expensive and the bag isn’t resealable, but the quality and results are worth it. Highly recommend for large-breed puppies with sensitive skin or stomach issues.

My fur baby is a beast because of this food

Our standard bernedoodle has stomach issues and we’ve had to try a few foods over her 1 year of life. This brand was recommended by our vet and has been SO helpful for her! We use it in combination with the probiotics available by the same brand and have seen such a great increase in her stomach health with no poop issues anymore! While it is a tad expensive, it really does create such a good value and both my dogs really LOVE the taste and texture. The smell is t my favorite (no dog food is)? But we keep it closed in the bag and have not had any issues!

My 8 month old German shepherd is thriving on this food. His parents/ siblings get hot spots on grain and chicken. Hes only had a healthy shiny coat with the salmon and rice. Definitely worth the buy for him.

My rottie had a lot of dandruff. She didn't love her other (expensive!!) kibble and she wasn't eating much of it, but she had mostly solid poops on it. I thought maybe her skin was suffering because she wasn't getting enough nutrients from the other kibble. This food has made her coat gorgeous, and she loves it but it doesn't agree with her stomach. At first we thought it was the adjustment period but her poops have been consistently loose since the switch. We tried a bland diet and her poops got better, then tried to reintroduce the food but the loose poops came back immediately. Maybe we'll try another flavor because she likes it so much and her coat is beautiful. Edit: continued with this formula and tweaked the amount she gets and her stools have improved! Her coat gets flaky sometimes still. We are hoping to find the *perfect* balance eventually.

Perfect for my dog stomach

My dog has been on this dog for months and never had any issues. The most recent bag has given him the worst GI issues. He’s 8 months old and has never had any issues before. After feeding him the new batch he was vomitting immediately and had explosive diarrhea. I gave him bland chicken and rice for a couple days and thought I’d try out the food again to make sure that’s what made him sick. Horrible decision, he’s now having gas, indigestion, gagging, vomiting and diarrhea. Unsure if it’s a bad batch or change of formulation but will not be buying again!!

My puppy loved it….went through other foods/brands and loves this

Bought as a replacement for my dog's chicken kibble as she was having diarrhea multiple times a month and we tried to see if it was the food - and seemed like she liked it less over time. She likes the food and no more diarrhea. Decent ingredients and price compared to some other brands.

My Pressa Canario puppy has a very sensitive stomach; this food was a game-changer and still bulks them up at the same time. Some people have asked if the salmon makes his breath smell. No, not one bit! I would recommend this brand of food in general; it is great for dogs, has great ingredients that are healthy and help your pup grow, and it has great reviews from my vet's office, too! All the staff like this brand! And it won't break your bank!
