Evidenced by recent CBC (blood panel) after taking this for 6 months. I was taking about 7 drops a day, a drop more than what is 5000IU. I am finally within normal range of Vitamin D, when previously I have been deficient for years. Even when pregnant and using pill form D supplements, it never raised my vitamin D levels into the normal range. Also I’m nowhere close to the maximum vitamin D range where it is “dangerous”. Just got into healthy normal limits. If you are historically deficient, use this !! Also easiest way to take vitamin D and stay consistent. Tastes slightly like olive oil so I don’t mind at all. Very mild and do not have to swallow 6 pills which is a MUST for me. If you don’t like the taste for some reason, drop it into your drink, you won’t taste that at all. THIS STUFF WORKS! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I was taking this for 3 months and had to stop taking it due to surgery. Mannnn let me tell you I felt a difference after not taking it! This product stopped me from smoking marijuana because I felt I didn’t need it. It gave me natural energy and clears depression. I lack in vitamin D because I am always eating on the go. I have been home-bound with health issues for over 5 years now, so I wasn't surprised that my vitamin D level was low when tested. It was severely low, actually. I chose this product to try because I have multiple food allergies and am chemically sensitive. I wanted a vegan source just in case I might react to lanolin, and I am allergic to tree nuts, so that made some of the other liquid drops off limits to me as well since they use almond oil as a carrier. I wasn't sure about the coconut oil in this product, but made the informed decision (with my doctor's blessing) to give it a try, starting slowly with only 1 drop at a time. Thankfully the coconut oil didn't bother me at all. I have been taking this product for 3 months now, slowly working my way up in dosages by increasing the number of drops I take. In that 3 months, my Vitamin D level has raised 5 points. I am thrilled by this, and plan to keep on taking this product, eventually working my way up to 6 drops, (again, with my doctor's approval) and to stay there for a while until I get where I want to be. The product tastes lightly of coconut with a slight metallic after-taste, but it is not unpleasant at all. My only complaint about this product is that the lid on the bottle leaks, and I almost always get the product on my hands when I shake it before use as instructed. In the grand scheme of things, I can live with that, and I keep the bottle in a shot glass to catch any drips that I might miss. The bottle seems so tiny, but since you dose in drops, it lasts quite a while. I am so glad I tried this product. I'm sold on it!
