Hi dear friend, All UNP tent has 1 years warranty, if have any quality problem you can contact our service team, we will try our best to solve your problem. There has a pouch inside, it's can put some keys, phones or any other small products, I think can't be for tablets, it's too weight. Best regards

Q: Does this have a floor?

It has a tarp kind of floor but we put it on top of a tarp and have a carpet down inside too.

Q: Where does the 1 short pole go?

There are two longer poles that make an X for the main support and the two shorter ones go on the sides to expand it out more. All poles fit into the little “pockets” at the base of the tent
