I’m baffled by one of the reviews. This product is a cost effective beneficial collagen supplement that is fairly thinner in consistency than more expensive brands, but that is to be expected. You have to give collagen time to see the results and follow it up with proper diet and lifestyle. Eat clean, drink water, and take care of your body. Dairy can be an enemy to your joints. It was to mine before I went through a hormone and sugar detox diet cleanse for 5 months. And, I loved cheese! If you don’t find out the foods that love your body back, it’s money wasted either way. Liquid products are superior to capsules in my opinion. Almost all collagen comes in plastic bottles—even Spoiled Child! That doesn’t affect how your throat feels unless you’re allergic to plastic-that review is ridiculous! Plastic and microplastics are horrible for their phytoestrogens—yes. But, that is our world. Put this in the fridge. Yes, Spoiled Child is decadent in texture but doesn’t last long at a high price point. I put it in a little shot glass and I’m done. Works well for me at 45. I eat clean (nothing processed, red meat, seed oils, dairy, gluten, sugar, or carbs), my joints don’t ache anymore, perimeno symptoms eased, inflammation and bloating go down, digestion gets better, and this also helps with glowing complexion. I get compliments daily. I just couldn’t keep buying $60+ bottles of the same thing for a fancy name. Mix it up if you need. If you’re in perimeno try PrimeBiome and Primal Queen too. Love them! Everything takes time and work. But, if I can do it, anyone can. There’s no instant. You have to be consistent and work for it.

We first discovered Youtheory Collagen Liquid 5,000 mg at a vitamin shop back in 2019 while looking for collagen for my daughter, who was preparing for an ACL procedure after a soccer injury. Ever since then, we’ve both been taking it daily and absolutely love it! The taste is pleasant — not too sweet or bitter — and it’s super easy to take since it’s a liquid. It can be a little hard to find locally, but I’m glad it’s always available on Amazon. I’ve recommended it to everyone, young and old, for healthy hair, skin, and joints. I’ve even bought a few bottles as gifts!

I absolutely love the taste of Youtheory Collagen Liquid when mixed with my water multiplier! It makes drinking collagen enjoyable, and I actually look forward to it every day. The flavor is smooth and refreshing, and it blends perfectly. Highly recommend!

Been looking for some collagen that's easy to take and doesn't cause breakouts as someone who is acne-prone, and this product did the job! They also tasted nice which is an added bonus. Although I enjoyed these, I wouldn't be repurchasing only due to cost, but great if travelling.
