Purchased from "Amazon.com Services, Inc ". Exp. 01/31/26. I purchased these to be the 'zinc' part of the 'lower zinc' version of the AREDS2 formula made from individual "parts" (Individual Lutein/Zeaxanthin, Zinc, Vitamin E, and Vitamin C supplements). The reason I didn't want to use an existing 'AREDS2' formula is that the ones I found have a lot of zinc for daily use. (My understanding is that the 'Upper Tolerable Limit' for Zinc is about 40 mg/day for daily use. And above that limit there is a risk of not being able to absorb enough copper from your diet over time, etc.). At any rate I'm very happy with these. Pros: *) I find that to my taste these are the best tasting gummies of the various ones I've tried so far. I can not taste anything other than the berry (although your mileage may vary). *) I think they have a nice texture. Easy to chew and dissolves fairly quickly. *) If you are looking at the 'lower-dose Zinc' AREDS2 these match fairly well for Zinc at one 11 mg gummie twice a day for 22 mg / day. Cons: The main con I can think of is that as a gummie they do have some sugar in them, which is not a knock on these in particular. The label says these have about 1.5 grams of added sugar per gummie so that seems about the same as others I've seen. In my case I only found the desired strengths (on the lower side actually) for Vitamin C and Zinc in gummies, so I end up having to take four 10 calorie gummies a day. So that adds some extra sugar to my diet.

These work great for children and adults! The flavor, quality, and freshness was exactly what we were looking for. We will continue to buy this.

I was very pleased with the price and was glad I purchased the Zink gummies my Dr. said would help with healing! The Berry flavor is the best one to purchase as be careful not to purchase the Grapefruit flavor as it can cause problems with the medicines you might be taking! Polly G

I've been pretty happy with these zinc gummies. Love how they support my immune function. Their convenient size makes it easy for me to consume them daily. The fact that it's from a brand I trust gives me peace of mind. Plus, the flavor is just delicious. If I had to pick something to improve, I'd say a variety of flavors would be nice. But overall, they're great!

I've been losing hair for many years, hair would easily come out when brushing or even just gently gliding my pony tail by hand. The hair loss became severe after a bad flu which really startled me. I asked ChatGPT what could be causing it - one possibility was zinc deficiency (in addition to many others). I started supplementing with this (2 gummies daily) and within a few weeks, months noticed a massive change. Now, I barely lose hair after a shower or brushing. I hardly see loose strands on the floor. I honestly can't believe it. I always thought hair loss was from possible anemia or vitamin d deficiency, and I was usually supplementing both. One other thing I learned from ChatGPT- taking too much iron will actually cause zinc deficiency. So I think I was contributing to the hair loss, despite my efforts to address it. Very grateful that this is no longer an issue and looking forward to growing out my hair.

geschmacklich einwandfrei, kleben leider sehr stark zusammen in der Dose. Leider habe ich zu spät bemerkt, dass ich als Pollenallergikerin auch auf Bienenwachs mit starken allergischen Reaktionen wie Herzrasen, Atemnot, Schnupfen, Niesen reagiere; ich musste es daher absetzten und verschenken. die orale Aufnahme von Vitaminen über die direkte Aufnahme über die Schleimhäute ist aber sicher effektiver als über den Darm, wenn man Aufnahmestörungen hat. ich würde daher empfehlen, die Gummies ein bisschen einzuspeicheln, bevor man sie schluckt, damit sie gleich direkt über die Schleimhäute wirken können.

Schmeckt gut und scheint die aufziehende Erkältung abzufangen (Mit Vitamin C und Orthomol) wenn man frühzeitig die Gummibeeren langsam im Mund zergehen lässt. Die angenehmste und am schnellsten wirkende Art einen Zink-Boost zu sich zu nehmen.
