OGX Hydrating + Teatree Mint Shampoo

I am using this as an in between shampoo and conditioner for my scalp. I have seborrheic dermatitis. It's worse than dandruff. Mine is really bad so I have to use specific scalp treatments. It also smells good. It's a very faint smell. It's kind of smells like creamy mint candies. with a hint of tea tree oil. That's the only way I can describe it. I have used only once and it was very therapeutic. I have a feeling that it will make my hair and scalp much better. I will update my review once I have been using it for a month or two. I have a good feeling that I made an excellent choice.

I have a flaky scalp and I bought this to try to help with that and I think I can see results, but not As well as if it were a Dandruff shampoo. But the fact that it has no sulfates, makes the difference for me with colored hair. I like the wet smells, and I would recommend it.

I have a hard time finding just the right shampoo for my long, ultra fine, super dry hair and oily scalp (such a fun combination isn't it?). I've tried so many EXPENSIVE brands and I really do like Pureology, but decided to branch out and try something else. I found this at a drug store and love the combo of mint and tea tree so I decided to give it a whirl. 6 months later I'm still using it and loving it, especially for the price!! No it's not going to perform any hair miracles for you, but it is a lovely product that doesn't make my hair more dry or my scalp more oily. I love the mild scent in the shower and no lingering aromas afterward. My husband loves that it's a unisex fragrance that he can use too! I bought both the shampoo and the condition as add on items and they're cheaper on Amazon than at Walmart that way. Can't beat $4 (each) for a good shampoo and a good conditioner! If you're looking for a solid product that won't break the bank (or your hair) I strongly recommend you give this brand a try! I'm a big fan! And yes, I pay full price for this product!

Smells really good. Maybe a little strong but not too bad. Made my hair feel and look great after I used it.

I realy like OGX brand products and was eager to try this one. I enjoyed the refreshing scent. It was not my favorite of their shampoos, however. Perhaps it's just the wrong ingredients for my hair. I like a teatree and mint shampoo that tingles the scalp a bit, and this does not. I also felt like the clean result was not really achieved. I have normal hair and have never had oily hair, but I found with this variety, that I had to clean my hair more frequently because it felt heavy and greasy by the next day. Again, this may simply be because the ingredients were wrong for my hair. I will go back to their Argan oil products.

Smells really nice! Lathers cleans and rinses easily.

This t tree shampoo is good and I add extra added tea tree to cut the oils in grease.In my hair, since I only wash my hair once a month. It's better for your hair. If you only wash your hair once a month. The lather is good and it has oiliness, but I add tea tree oils & they're + other oils makes it better. I highly recommend. It says what it set is and nothing more I create my own in home shampoo by adding other oils that help my hair. Hydration comes from the inside out.I don't know what it's talking about. 🙂

Nice shampoo ....costly but gud investment ...if u love ur hair try once ...using for a month . Keeps hair soft..no itching scalp . i am surprised to see low star ratings. This shampoo is chemical free. may be people expect miracles because of cost. but its cheaper than calorie laden pizza :-) so choice is yours where to invest..

Not as minty as I would like. But feels light enough for everyday use and feels hydrating as well.
