Works very well
Works very well in feeding my different type yogurts. I have L.Reuteri and L Gasseri. So far no problems with contamination. Comes in a nice sealable container complete w/measuring scoop inside. Good amount of product for the price.

Doesn't dissolve in water. Best to use in shakes or yogurt.

The flavor ALONE is worth it!
Flavor is 10/10! I take this BEFORE I take my probiotics before bedtime. It seems to be helping to lower my blood sugar a little bit too. There is something about the flavor of this that slightly reminds me of the flavor profile of PEANUT BUTTER CAP'N CRUNCH and I LOVE that!

No issue with taste, but doesn't mix well in cold liquid - forms sticky gel clump
This tastes fine, but doesn't mix well with cold liquids. I had been adding it to a greens shake in the morning and it seems to end up turning into a sticky gel at the bottom no matter how much I shake or stir it. (I guess that's what it's supposed to do in your gut, but makes it hard to drink).I've had better luck mixing it into yogurt and I'll probably just stick with that. I'll probably try another brand and see if it mixes better, but I have a feeling it's just the nature of this type of fiber.It didn't noticeably affect the taste of the greens drink or the yogurt when mixed.

The weight I'd falling off, if u can deal with the feeling full off water kind feeling all day then the loose watery stools constantly then this is your product for weight loss and GI mobility

Used for L Ruteri recipe
I use this to make L Ruteri " yogurt" by Dr. Davis.This can be difficult to dissolve but never gave me 1 bad batch. Perfect for the recipe due to excellent results.
