Keep clean with damp not wet 100% cotten tee-towel. Polish with dry tee-towel. Simple to use only half fill the coffee feed and keep remaining coffee beans in the fridge or better still the freezer . For a real coffee experience. Good purchase has no problems to date.

We had the previous version of this machine which served us well for 15 years. It was solid, heavy and produced very little static. I think it was made in Switzerland. The new version, made in China, feels light, flimsy with some very cheap looking plastic fittings, such as the timer device. It feels unstable and shakes when grinding. But it suffers from three features which let it down in particular. 1. Tremendous static which means the grind experience is one of wiping up coffee from all over the place, not fun. 2. A much smaller grind collector which - unbelievably - does not hold as much coffee as the timer feature can produce and 3. The instructions say you should not change the grind setting while there are beans in the hopper, which is obviously ridiculous. The only improvement is the timer device which on the old model started grinding as soon as you turned it, but on this one lets you set it and then start. The machine does grind well, but overall it's a disappointing reduction in quality.

Measures exactly the grind amount that you want from day to day and is very neat and clean as kitchen free of coffee grounds for the first time!

Amazing product! Both this for my husbands birthday, he believed that there will be a huge difference when we make a coffee by using this coffee grinder and he was right! It is just amazing! Coffee we make usind this grindehas is strong with reach aroma! Definitely worth the money! I highly recommend it!
