I've dine a few workouts on this bag so far. It feels amazing and high quality. The ability to throw crisp upper cuts on this angle bag is far superior to a long bag. Different bags have pros and cons. For me, as an oloer guy looking to train punch techniqu and get an anaerobic workout, I feel like this is the best bag one could have. There are no hard spots on it. The sound is great when you strike it. I like how is responds with some movement, yet not too much. For a home gym with only one heavy bag, this is THE one you need. Do not hesitate to buy this if you are in the hunt for your favorite heavy bag.

This back is great for a home gym. Tough and durable outer shell can hold up in cold or hot conditions. The stuffing it’s self has held up admirably. No shifting or sinking that create hard spots.

The bag finally showed up yesterday, but that’s due to trucking and weather issues. The zip up bag looked like it was drug behind the truck to Florida.The bag itself is well made , great design - not as hard as my title banana bag - the hook and upper cut design is perfect and along with my new contender wrecking ball fills every need. Worth the price. If your looking on adding in low kicks look into a Fairtex same style angle bag but longer.
