Q: Why won’t it allow me to buy more than two boxes? My hair extremely long and thick, I always need 4 boxes when dying my hair.

Don't know, but you don't need to put the product on all of you hair each time you color your hair. I have long hair and only put it on the root area and occasionally work it down some what. You are wasting money if you buy 4 boxes each time you color!

Q: my hair is over 50% gray with a mix of light brown. considering going to a dark blonde. any feedback or help is much appreciated.

My hair is half silver and half dark grey. This Champagne color covers it all and evens it out. I put the color on the back of my head, roots only and do the front last. I time it for 40 mins. and then apply to my remaining hair for 10 mins. The front lightens after about 4 weeks and the silver roots show, I don't mind it until the dark roots in the back are visible, then I know it's time to color.

Q: Can I buy l’oreal mousse absolute conditioner separately?

I have not tried the conditioner.
