Yamajirushi Yuzu-it Yuzu Pepper Sauce 5z

This is by far my favorite Yuzu hot sauce to date. It’s expensive but the flavor is phenomenal and I use it on everything!

I have tried other yuzu pepper sauces, and while they are good... the "Yuzu-it" stuff is "the bomb." Super flavorful: tangy with just a little bite. At US$3.40 an ounce, it isn't cheap, though. At one point I found a restaurant size version which made it more economical for me to put on everything. Can't find anymore so this stuff is fore special occasions...

It arrived already expired

I love sushi and many times when I go to a nice Japanese restaurant they use type of yusu sauce in their menu. Tastes great and when i went to Japanese expo I saw that they use this sauce for their fish. Now when I order out and I always add this sauce. So good!

I first tasted this in Disney world in Epcot at the Japanese steak house. I ordered the grilled salmon and this came with it on the side. I loved it so much that I asked the chef to show me the product.He brought out the bottle from the kitchen. Not an easy sauce to find so I reorder constantly from Amazon. It's not overly hot, more citrus and tangy. I put it on everything, eggs, chicken, meat!!!

a little too spicy for my taste

First time I had yuzu Japanese BBQ spot and instantly wanted more. This is a sauce and not the paste, but packs the same flavor profile. The bottle lasts my family about 2 mo and is worth the money. My family likes to add it to fish for a little more kick in flavor. Yuzu sauce has some heat, but easy to handle.

Wasn't as flavorful as other Yuzus I've had. Only wish TJ's hadn't discontinued their version. I loved it! Their price was much better too.
