Smart wifi switch can be use or not?

Yes it can. After reviewing smart WiFi switches, I can assure you that it will fit this. Box.

Standard outlets and switches do not fit in this box, screws not lined up, what does fit?

I just did this. At first I thought the same as you because of the 4 holes on each side. If you look at a standard switch, you've got a single hole in the middle and a pair of mouse-ear-looking tabs with holes in them above that. The mouse ears are not used in this box. I figured out that if you move the switches/receptacles to the inboard screw holes the single holes top and bottom line up perfectly and you can run standard screws in like a regular interior blue box. This is one screw upper and one screw lower. Those other outboard screw holes are for holding the waterproof covers, not to hold the receptacles and switches in place.
