What kind of magnesium is in this product?

I don't know what kind of magnesium is in Ocean Minerals. What I do know is that the taste was unbearable and I happily threw the bottles I had in the garbage! this product does not contain ALL trace minerals in is Magnesium dense with is the mineral which helps the body's healing and immune system it has 3% calcium and potassium as well as 40% electrolytes. It is harvested from the Ocean, and sells very well, It's a good product. Theres a supplement called Supermax mineral complex, it claims to have 72 minerals in addition to vitamin D, no Iron, is contains a shell fish components. I have not tried it. If you have not had a complete work up I would not dive right in to a complex supplement start slow and see how your system reacts. I am a massage therapist and personal trainer It works well for me and many of my clients. I have some that suffer from Fribromyalgia, Neuroapathy, multiple sclerosis, and many auto-immune diseases.
