The Nutro Company Small Breed Adult Dog Food with Chicken, Whole Brown Rice and Oatmeal Formula, 4-Pound

5 yr old 8 lb poodle loves it. Always sort of sensitive stomach, since she was puppy, so careful to feed consistently. She would almost always eat, but would hesitate sometimes, leaving the wet and dry mix to go stale (I've thrown away a lot of gummy messes). I was using Kibbles & Bits, with a little Alpo chicken mixed in. Never tried a "premium" brand til now. I received the Nutro dry along with Nutro chicken and brown rice wet food about 3 wks ago, and she jumped right on it. Honestly, it does smell more appetizing to me. It may be a little early to say it corrects her occasional upset stomach, but in the meantime, I feel a lot better about what she's getting, and feel it's worth the extra cost. We are very pleased so far.

My dog is very picky and I have struggled endlessly over the last almost 10 years to find a food he likes and doesn't tire of, this is the ticket!!!!!

The add said the ingredients had sweet potato, but when it arrives, there was no sweet potato in it,!

I have tried a couple of different kinds of food for my puppy. They usually need some broth or something to get his attention. This one does not.

I have tried, and my dog has liked, several freeze-dried products. Unfortunately, this was not one of them.After the first try, and it was about 1/4 of her dish of food, she had the runs. Needed to go out numerous times and then she vomited. Not the best start for a new food. And not the result we have had with any other new food. I contacted the maker, they gave me a full refund, and I threw the rest of the bag out.Proceed with caution if you purchase this product. Hopefully, you will not have the same result.

My little dog loves this food. She was raised apparently on cat food by her formerowners (she was a stray when I found her), so hard to get her over to dog food. Shedoes love this now and isn't even tempted to go looking for the cat food--success!

My Pomeranian is ten years old and has never eaten any other than nutro. He has never had any digestive issues. He eats a quarter cup in the morning and a quarter cup at night. Great product for my dog.
