Gold BJJ Pacific Short - No-Gi Jiu Jitsu Fight Shorts

These are definitely not just another pair of black, no gi shorts. They exceed expectations in every way. And not just as shorts for BJJ, these shorts were great for just training, in general. - The fit was perfect as specified on the size chart. I fluctuate between a 36 and 38 so I got the xxl and they fit really nicely. Not too baggy or tight anywhere. - They were extremely light-weight and comfortable. Rolling and training in these shorts was really pleasing. The 4 way stretch allowed for a full range of motion without any tugging, and the shorter length really ensured my knees never got caught in the legs of the shorts (which happens to me as a shorter, stockier person) As usual, GoldBJJ knocks it out of the park with this new gear!

I had trouble finding BJJ no-gi shorts because they tend to be so baggy. I don't think that bagginess is necessary for range of movement but just gets in the way. These are very light and comfortable. They are not restrictive when rolling. I have more of a runners build, so your mileage may vary. They've lasted for a few no-gi sessions so far, with no issues. I will probably get another pair. They run small, so you should consider getting a size up.

I love these! They’re my new go-to shorts for No-Gi. My favorite part is the drawstring is affixed to the shorts I don’t have to double knot them prior to washing them.

The Gold BJJ Pacific Shorts are such a great addition to their nogi collection. The shortened length and the cut on the sides allow full mobility and never getting caught up on your opponent, and pays proper homage to Gold's home base of San Diego, CA. I actually love that the length comes right above the knee, showing a little thigh but they're not short-shorts. I'll definitely be wearing these to the beach when summer comes around. You can tell by the high quality of the material that these shorts are very durable and will last the test of time. My favorite part about these shorts that I noticed is how slippery you are on the mats (hence the subject title)! The material seems to glide on the mats at our gym. I'm much more mobile on my back, sliding into inverted positions with ease. Out of all of my nogi shorts, these are 100% my favorite.

My bf loves these for BJJ. Inexpensive and his favorite that I have bought him. He is 6’0 & 220lbs - size large fit him. I’ll be ordering him some more from this brand.
