I purchased two of the Green Soul chairs for my children to use while studying and working at home. My son is in Class 12 and the other, my daughter, is working from home on her new job after her Engineering and also studying for her higher education. You can understand how much time they both spend at their respective desks and good chairs were a very urgent need indeed. After considerable research I narrowed down on the Green Soul chairs and bought them in late August 2020. They were delivered right on schedule and were very easy to put together from the single sheet of pictorial instructions provided as well as the installation video they have online. The packaging also provided the required tools - screw drivers - which I didn't really need being a DIY enthusiast myself and possessing a full set of my own tools but the tools were a welcome touch. The chairs are very comfortable. And they look great! I ordered the Flirty Orange color and I must say I am very happy with their look. I had decided that I would delay this review till we had used the chairs for some time. After about a month of use, the arm rest of one of the chairs broke at the joint where it is screwed to the seat of the chair. The arm rests are a single piece of molded plastic and strong. The break happened at the seam, right under the screws. Green Soul offers a full year's warranty and I contacted them via Amazon Support, who incidentally were extremely responsive as usual. Side note - Dear Amazon, you people have forced me to add the "as usual" to the preceding sentence because we have come to expect excellence from you! Keep up the good job. Highly appreciated! After that I was very pleased to receive a call from Vaibhav of Green Soul. Vaibhav asked me about the problem and requested photos which I sent him. He already had all details of my purchase and after reviewing the photos he promptly called me back and said they will ship me a replacement. A couple of days later the new arm rest arrived, very neatly packed. Luckily for me the package arrived in the late afternoon and I managed to quietly replace the damaged arm rest while the family was busy elsewhere :-) Thanks Vaibhav for helping me not only fix the problem but being able to surprise my family! Very happy with Green Soul. There is a Pandemic on but they respond so well regardless! As I said, great product, great deal and fantastic after sales support! And particular thanks to Vaibhav of Green Soul. Much appreciated!

This is an easy to assemble chair, instructions provided in the manual was adequate to assemble the chair. the chair came neatly packaged and it was delivered within 24 hours of placing the order and the installation was also fairly easy to understand and we could do it in less than 30 minutes. overall, we are quite satisfied with the experience so far. I hope the chair is also durable and ergonomic.

There are multiple issues with the backrest, wheels, and side handles. Let’s talk one by one. Backrest: It’s tilted either to the left or right side. You might not notice it immediately; you have to check it thoroughly. If you ignore it, you will pay with back pain or even permanent damage to your spine. (Check the attached photo.) Side Arms/Handles: If you are above 50–60 kg, putting pressure while getting up may break them. Check the screws of the side arms sometimes they might be worn out. And those handles don’t provide any comfort. Wheels: This chair has caster wheels of very low quality. You have to be lucky to get a chair that doesn’t force you to spin unnecessarily. I understand this is a less expensive chair, but compared to what is asked and what is received, it is disappointing, even if it’s tool-less. My Last Words: Try to avoid buying this chair, even if you get it below price of ₹3,000. You might say that the price is cheap, and for that price, you get this and you are right. But no matter the price, if the quality is poor, health becomes the cost. The whole body design and fundamentals of an ergonomic chair are missing here. The price should reflect quality, not compromise health. So, avoid this chair for every reason. As for me, I will avoid this company. I tried to contact their service for warranty, but they never received my calls or replied to me on WhatsApp. The health of the fruit shows the life of the tree. Thank you. Nice product. But dont know why centre shaft is rotating when moving in straight direction. With this rotation it is taking more effort to move. Rotation to be locked condition other than revolving when sitting in the chair.

The product is good for people who are working from home. Assembly was made by myself as it was very easy if you follow the instructions properly. Don't buy installation associate by paying 750rs as it can be done by anyone within 30mins. A video guide is also available in YouTube when you scan the QR code given with the product. Comfort is good as the back support is stiff and straight. It has an lever at the bottom to make it loose if we need to tilt the back rest. Height adjustment is also working smoothly. They gave one piston extra as I have shown in the image. Not sure why because only one is needed for installation. Only small issue I found was the seat is mildly tilted to the left. Like about 5deg with reference to ground level which is a manufacturing issue.
