I’m happy with this set. They are made to look like real money. We use them almost daily for homeschool. I appreciate the bag with a zipper that they arrived in.

Teach Our Children about Money Now
I am grateful to our school that is teaching our children about money and not just how to spend it. I love the realistic look of it which helps to make the right connection when and where it counts.

Worth the price
I needed these in conjunction with the play money I bought earlier this year for a skip counting activity for second through fifth grade math. These are perfect for it and look like the actual coins. The only drawback is that the dime is not accurately depicted.

Good for teaching about USA currency.
The coins that are supposed to have ridges on the sides have the ridges, and the coins that are supposed to have smooth sides have them. The fronts are very similar to the real ones and so are the backs. It’s enough for children to understand which is which. I got 96 total. I didn’t give it five stars for the accuracy do to the fact that one of the dimes, I chose from the bag, isn’t smaller than the pennie I chose from the bag. They made the dime the same size as the pennie, but the dime has the ridges on the sides and looks like a real dime. The thickness is good because it play money and it adds to the sturdiness. All in all, it will serve the purpose of teaching about USA coins.
