Performs as it's supposed to and superbly packaged. I transfer to airtight bottle that's more convenient for daily access, then use tiny spoon (like a salt spoon) to add a tiny amt to powdered health-shake mix (that uses just water as the liquid – in a blender) to make it more like a thick shake. The added viscosity adds sensuality and makes it last longer and feel more like a meal. Perfect. Just don't use TOO much. Experiment with teensy bit first.

I like that the portion is small, because you only use a tiny bit for recipes. A little goes a long way.

First time using so I tested 1/4 tsp for the blending and thickening in cold water to see what would happen. Blended fairly well using a whisk and thickened the water but left some thicker bits floating which I strained out. Takes a bit of learning how to use.

I love the size of this product. For my occasional baking I only need a small bit of xanthan gum so it always went to waste when I bought from a regular store/market. This is perfect for my needs and keeps space in my cupboards!

Never tried this before, and I liked it. I used it to thicken cheese soup and couldn't taste it all all. Very smooth and easy to use.

I did not realize I spent nearly $10 on 2 ounces of product. My fault as there are much better buys for tho product out there. I would not buy this brand for this cost and size again. Extremely unhappy.

I needed this product for my vegan macaron recipe. The bag is small BUT I only use small amounts for my recipe anyways. Great product, great quality
