A simple yet effective stool!
Simple, well built and most of all, comfortable. With variable levels of height. The seat has a specific shape to allow the drummer to use it over extended periods of time. Functional, sturdy and resistant, with the perfect fit.

Love it
This was a present for my little boy. Actually my teen son who is actually loving it. It has a butt print on it which she says makes it so comfortable.

Great seat if you’re okay with a little wobble after sitting for a bit
Comfortable, light, and portable. Feels like good quality. Just find it annoying how the seat seems to always come loose after a bit.

Great while I had it

Stupid Small Alan Wrench dictates your entire seating process.
seat works fine. Fits my butt. My only issue is there is a small, very small screw you have to adjust if it becomes loose that makes the whole thing wobbly and unusable. It requires an Alan Wrench. WHY would this require that?? BOO! NO seat should rely on a very tine screw to make it work. If you can see my picture, the tiny black hole is an Alan Wrench screw. That alone lets the entire sleeve loose.

Excellent find for the price.
Worked out perfectly...just the right size & seat wasn't too hard.

UPDATE!!! PLEASE READ!!!
UPDATE: DO NOT BUY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Well I was gigging with this throne on my Roland E-kit and the screw post broke in half! Unacceptable! I weigh 170lbs and was on an E-kit. Not playing hard at all. Lucky I had my Roc-N-Soc nitro with me as a back up just in case. NO MORE off brand equipment for me. I will stick to well know brand names.First your throne is the most important piece of equipment that a drummer owns. Please don't cheap out on buying oneI don't care if you're a beginner and know nothing about drums. Always have a good sturdy comfortable throne! I don't care how great of a player you are, how great your kit is. If you have butt and back pain, you're not going to be playing at your best. I been playing drums since I was 11 years old. I am now 53. Played thru all of school and college. Been in a lot of bands and also am a session drummer. Only reason I considered this was on a recommendation from a friend. I have owned to many thrones to be honest. DW, Gilbralter, Pearl, Roc-N-Soc. The Roc-N-Soc Nitro is by far the best throne. At a cost over $200, it's worth every penny. I bought this for my Roland TD-50 kit. E-kits are a while different beast then aocustic. I was very surprised by the build quality and how comfortable it is. Not sure about the other guys review in how he wants to add lock washers and not having instructions to put it together. Basically takes 2 minutes. Open the base, screw in the post, attach saddle. Get it behind your kit. Dail it in and tweak it. Once you're happy, tighten all the key screws. Do not use a wrench or add washers. They're not gonna help and the throne doesn't need help. Once you tighten it, the throne doesn't lossen up. Over tighting can damage the screw post and key screws. I was pretty impressed by it so I decided to take it with me to some gigs. Put it thru some paces. I have gigged with the throne 4 times. 3 on my aocustic kit and once on my Roland E-Kit. Happy to say it worked very well. No pain in my butt or back after playing 2 hours straight before a break. Then another 2 hours. The real test was standing up. That's when you really feel it with a subpar throne. I felt great. No pain and the throne stayed put, felt very stable throughout the night. Only thing I missed on the aocustic kit was the Lil bounce I get from my Roc-N-Soc. I didn't buy to replace any of my thrones. I bought it for my E-Kit. I hit hard and go thru pedals, cymbals and always breaking sticks. E-kits you're not hitting no where as hard. It's more about finesse. When I used it at a wedding gig with my Roland's, it again preformed excellent. I have enough time on it to where I have it broken in. I'm still amazed by the comfort and build quality at this price point. It passed the hard hitting aocustic test and is a great fit for my Roland's. Would actually work excellent for either. But I love my Roc-N-Soc. I own 2 nitros. Again I wasn't happy with the bounce from the nitro on my E-Kit. I almost bought a DW until a friend recommended this. Glad he did. I saved some money without compromising comfort and quality. One pointer if you're new to drums. Don't tighten the saddle keys to where the saddle won't turn. I have mine setup to where the saddle moves with me. Makes for better passes in the toms and getting up from behind the kit. Spin a lil to the left and I walk out. Then it's there for me when I go to play. Just sit and spin back inwards to the kit.PROS: Very comfortable and stable while playing. No pain in the butt or back. The cut of the saddle is deep enough to where my upper thighs aren't free resting on it and interfering with my pedals. But not so deep where it's not supporting them. Well designed. Plush top is a plus. Very well built. Rubber on the legs are over sized and keeps the throne put. Easy to adjust on the fly. Great value.CONS: Haven't really found any. One thing I like is a four leg throne. But at this price point it's not an issue. Just a personal preference.

Not bad update: love it
It does what it says and seems like it will last but I’m not a big dude. Big dudes should try elsewhere.Update: I’ve had it a few months now. It is holding up well. I like my seat high and it wobbles a little, even with the nut cranked down. It’s still very comfortable to me. I have an enlarged prostate and no issues like another reviewer had. I am on this throne for about an hour a day and the seat is still firm. This throne has motivated me to play more. I even got some new shells. Attaching a pic to show them off and not even sure if you can see the throne. lol
