Good have. Fits well and does the job
I bought this brace because I have a paralyzed shoulder from a stroke and have serious subluxation constantly and over the past 20 years I can’t even tell you the number of braces this one is the very best it’s a little tougher to get on, but I can manage it quite well and that says something give it a try if you’re having any problems with the shoulder subluxation it really works Maggie

Very comfortable, and heavy duty
Compared to the grey Sparthos brand shoulder brace, this Zenkeyz 3XL brace fits me better, is more comfortable and more heavily constructed as well. I'm a big guy, shoulder spread is about 59-60" (hard to measure by yourself), and my underarm chest is about 56-57". I am not large muscled though. Neither Sparthos brace size fit me well enough to keep. Their largest size was for much larger muscled guys than me, or just thicker people. The smaller Sparthos size was for much smaller people than me. This Zenkeys seems it was made for me, once I adjusted it. And there is a lot of room for adjustment of the arm circumference, and also chest size adjustments. The other great thing about this brace is that it is constructed of much heavier material than the Sparthos. So this one seems more supportive and secure when you put it on, and very comfortable at the same time. This is the one I kept! As far as what it can do medically for you, is hard to say without asking a doctor or physical therapist. I wear it when my shoulder starts hurting, feeling that it keeps it more stable, and also the thermal heat of the material helps it feel better too. My shoulder has problems stemming from too little cartilage left in the joint, and an incident of it popping out and causing great pain. That motivated me to find something fast that would keep it stable and feel better. This did the job, and I am wearing it now and it feels good. Once you get it adjusted, it is easy to slip on and off by yourself, once you get used to doing it, and you won't have to adjust it again, unless you feel the need for even more support at times. Feel Better! PS I just ran across this other brace that looks promising! You might like to check this one out that looks very good, with and additional bottom strap that crosses the body horizontally for more stability, the EVS Sports SB03 Shoulder Brace for another $20+ here on Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/EVS-Sports-Shoulder-Brace-X-Large/dp/B007NVSWE0 I find with the Zenkeyz I am constantly pulling the diagonal strap down and re-adjusting it on the go depending on what material I wear it over. Synthetics stretch and are apt to let it slip more, than wearing these over a cotton garment. So the EVS might eliminate some of that movement with the additional lower strap it has.

Works but sizing is off
I strained my deltoid muscle resulting in motion being limited by pain. Once I got the right size, this brace is good. It stabilizes the joint and resists movement that would be painful. It works like a soft knee brace. The materials seem to be of good quality. I would recommend it to a friend. The size chart. I am a big man, when I measured around my chest and shoulder I got 52 inches. Based on the chart I bought the 3X brace. It was too big. 3X is supposed to go down to 43 inches. The smallest I could make it was almost small enough. I assumed I needed 42 and bought the L/XL. 42 is in the middle of that size's range. The L/XL fits nicely. There is a neoprene smell out of the package. I assume that will go away quickly. My only other issue is the ice pack pocket. It is a nice idea but it adds a layer of warmth if you don't have an ice pack in. My intent is to use this as a soft brace at night and when I am physically active while recovering. If I were still dealing with inflammation, the extra warmth from the pocket would be counter productive. Small annoyance you can sort of deal with by moving the attachment points lower to allow air flow.

Decent, but expected better for the price
The brace came on time, serves the purpose, and is easy to use so the functionality is there. However, there are two major things that brought me to deduct two stars: (1) It has a bit of a strong rubber smell that sticks to my clothes even after I take it off. Luckily I'm not too sensitive to smells, but if you are you may want to reconsider getting this. (2) The brace is a bit big / awkward of a fit for smaller females like myself (5'2" and weigh about 123 lbs). I can make the straps tighter so the fit is more snug, but this causes the pad of the shoulder that the brace is on to start to hit your neck, which makes it feel like you're choking and is rather uncomfortable. I ordered the "Small, Medium, Large, X-Large" size in grey. And to be honest, the "size chart" / size labeling is rather confusing so I can't even confidently say that the other "Small/Medium" size offered would be any better. In terms of whether or not it actually helps with the pain, I have only been using it for about two days now so I don't think it would be fair to comment on its effectiveness just yet, but so far I do feel the extra support.

Made to work!
Best brace I've used. I have a drawer full of other ones I'm going to throw away. I've used this one exclusively after having both shoulders repaired over 4 years.

I found much relief with this product...
This product made the world of difference to me. I woke up one morning, in pain, two trips to the ER, test, exams, all the way to an orthopedic surgeon. At this point I was in crippling constant pain daily. My right arm felt like death, my back hurt and my fingers were numb for over 50 days. I started researching, and saw the shoulder braces. At this point the doctor was assuming a rotator cup injury I hadn’t had an MRI yet. So I saw the reviews on this particular shoulder brace and ordered it. Wore it as soon as I got it. It was weird to put on at first, but not too hard. It’s manageable to put on alone. After the first day of wearing it, I took it off at night and I sell through the whole night for the first time in weeks. I had little pain, but sensitive for it kept my shoulder in place wail it was on. I couldn’t believe after all this time I had relief. I wore it for a week before my MRI. I ended up with a weak shoulder, and my rotator was slipping, my shoulder was failing to hold it in place. Worst pain ever, not to mention I went through a long process of trial and error, pinched nerves in my spine is what I was treated for to start off. The route of my problem was always the shoulder. Bottom line, this brace, was the key factor to feeling better. I can’t promise it will work for everyone, but I thank the company for making this product. Now let’s get into the product itself. Pros: easy to use, right and left arm with easy adjustments. It served its purpose by keeping my shoulder joint in place . Adequate pressure to shoulder. The design was nice, it also hold small ice packs in place well. Cons: The lower strap on the arm slides up some. I move a lot, so though this is not obvious a benefit, it could be a problem for some. It’s also not too breathable. They sent me an email to check on the product to see how I liked it and what they can do for me to better their services and ask if this was a good product for my particular need. First amazon purchase to where I had someone contact me to make sure I was a satisfied customer in my book that’s amazing. I only wore it for two weeks, I haven’t needed it since, I didn’t even need the therapy after, and the numbness was gone with in a week of using this. Thank you

“Supportive and breathable, but sizing was a bit off.”
I picked this up after a shoulder strain and was really hoping for something that provided support without feeling bulky — and in many ways, this brace delivered. The material is breathable and soft, and the compression was just enough to ease the ache without cutting off circulation. The built-in sling is a thoughtful feature and definitely helped stabilize my arm during daily activities. I liked that it didn’t scream “medical device,” and I could even wear it under loose clothing without too much trouble. However, the L/XL size ran big on me and felt a bit awkward, especially when moving around. I had to keep adjusting it to keep everything in place, which was frustrating at times. If you're in between sizes, I’d recommend sizing down for a more secure fit. Overall, it’s a solid support brace — just be mindful of the sizing to get the best results.

Great Shoulder Brace - WORKS!
I have severe arthritis and large bone spurs on my right shoulder, and though I work out intensely (boxing and dance flow) 5 days a week, I originally thought the pain was from injury—not realizing it was just my body reacting. I bought this shoulder brace (and another to compare), and this one quickly became my favorite. It’s low-profile enough to wear under clothes—unless you use the ice pack, which adds some bulk. For me, the best fit is with the strap worn under the bust, not above, to avoid underarm discomfort. That seems to vary by body type, but it's not a dealbreaker. I use this brace during workouts, paired with my compression sleeves, and it's been a total game changer. My pain used to be an 11 out of 10—especially at night when it throbbed at an 8. With the shoulder brace and sleeves, I’m down to nearly pain-free, even while training. I wear THX sleeves during the day (tighter fit) and Incrediwear sleeves while working out (less tight, more mobility), and I take them off at night since wearing either overnight caused some hand swelling. Still, I stay mostly pain-free overnight thanks to daytime shoulder brace support. I plan to buy two more shoulder braces—two for daily wear under clothing (Im going to see if I can wear on both shoulders same time) and one just for workouts. Cons: The ice/hot pack is awkward, sticks out, moves around, doesn’t stay in place well, and really only works if you’re sitting still. I also wish the arm portion extended further down the bicep for added support—but that’s just preference. Overall: This brace offers great value, solid support, and real relief. Highly recommend!
