My dad got me this and I really like the quality. Androids always have great resistance against falls and scratches so I didn't expect anything less. The phone would glitch out sometimes but its nothing I couldn't deal with. Overall I'm really in love with this phone and it is way better than my other one.

Screen went black after a few months

Touch screen was not sensitive enough and required multiple touches to perform the operation desired.

The screen would scroll and then you can't get out of it without a hard switch off.

I bought this phone 3 months ago and I am having issue with it this phone supposes be a new phone, new Eletronic device come with a 12-month guaranty from the manufacturing. I am having problems with this garbage of a phone. I contact Samsung, at first, they said a had 12 months of guaranty and then when received the phone the tell me the guaranty was expired and they want it &247.89 to fix it. I will never buy any produce from Samsung again

I've been using my A71 5G phone for greater than 3 years and it's never let me down. I switched from the iPhone just to take an Android phone for a test drive and my new iPhone is still in the box. I use it to communicate and honestly don't know it's full potential. Overall it's a 5 star phone for me

I'm not sure how I got a used phone because I purchased the same phone one i had just purchased for my husband and it was marked as new. When I started having problems with it I reached out to the seller that is when he told me it was used When I told him I was having issues with it and I wanted to know what was the reason the other person had returned it he ghosted me. Real nice!

Phone is defective, it's not turning on or being able to charge. Customer reps are very rude and unhelpful

Le pongo calificación baja por que no es producto nuevo como dice la publicación, esta REACONDICIONADO, me di cuenta de ello a la semana que lo recibí por que observe por dentro de la entrada USB y de audífonos, que tenían suciedad y pelos, ademas al revisarlo a detalle tiene polvo y un pelo por debajo del cristal de las cámaras, le pregunte al vendedor y le envié fotos, me dijo ¿que por que no lo revise desde que lo recibí?, que esa suciedad de la entrada USB y audífonos era por el uso que le dí en esa semana, le dije que si se supone que es nuevo y llego bien el paquete y funcionando, ¿por que tendría que revisar si tiene suciedad? no tendría por que estar sucio, y le dije que estaba bien, pero que me explicara entonces, ¿por que tiene polvo y un pelo por debajo del cristal de las cámaras? si se supone es un producto nuevo y sellado de fábrica; ademas las cámaras no están centradas a los agujeros del cristal y el vendedor ya no me contesto, pensé que el precio bajo del producto era por ser un equipo del año 2020, pero comparando otras publicaciones con otros modelos iguales, tienen precios similares pero te dicen que son REACONDICIONADOS, y este vendedor lo publica como nuevo.
