Is this item PBA free?

This beautifully designed carafe is stainless steel inside and out, so your beverage is kept in a stainless steel chamber. There is a narrow rubber gasket rimming the very top of the interior compartment, and a corresponding rubber piece inside the hinged lid. This effectively seals the carafe to keep your beverage hot or cold. Since there's no plastic I would say this is a BPA free product. This is the best carafe I've ever owned!

Is there actually a permanent logo on the outside that says 10 year warranty like one picture shows?

There is no writing on the outside that says 10 year warranty.

Based in germany under the french seb but where is this carafe actually made? germany? china?

It’s been years since I’ve purchased this item but I kept the box and it says Germany with no indication of China. If you don’t already own one I have to say it’s the best carafe I ever had!. I actually have two!!!
