Let's be honest here--Okay? The Aging body (65 and over), for the average woman, can use a bit of...assistance. As a pro-ager at 65 years, rather than an anti-ager, it is my mission to present a positive and fun picture of the "senior" woman! I'm sick and tired of the "old lady" stereotype that is often coveyed. We do NOT wear swimsuits that have skirts that go past the thighs. (most of us anyway). We all don't have boulders that hit down to the waist (many of us). We want to dispel the offensive stereotype and get our body-positive clothing on--and that includes the item known as the Bathing Suit.Granted, many of us (I'm talking 'bout me here) have gained quite a few el-bees from stress eating during this pandemic. And many of us have acquired a thick mid-section due to menopause. However, it's no reason to give up on looking your best down the shore, at the lake, or pool or during your resort travels.Which brings me to this ridiculously flattering bathing suit!When I spotted this cutie advertised on a youthful and well-toned body, I thought, hmmm. Since it's advertized as "tummy slimming" perhaps this woman is really 35 pounds heavier and the swimsuit delivered on the tummy-slimmimg. In addition, the style was very chic and flattering. But--would it deliver?It did.I'm happy to report that this bathing suit is so wonderful on a good number of points. First of all, please order your regular size. IRL I'm an 8 and thanks to stress-eating I'm teetering on a 10. After mulling over the Medium or Large, I settled on the Medium. Remember, swimsuits expand when wet so you want to get as close a fit as you can.The fit? It's great. I'm just a tad under 5 feet 6 inches. My legs aren't the longest, but my torso IS long-waisted. This can cause an issue with the majority of one-piece bathing suits. Luckily, this swimsuit fits beautifully. I don't have to pull out the bottom from being wedged in between my ample cheeks AND I don't have to worry about severe camel-toe from the front of the suit riding up my origin of the world! The fit is absolutely wonderful.Does it hold in my belly? Yeah. It does--to a point. A bit of the gut still pops out, but for the most part, it sucks the bad bits in. This suit also comes with detachable soft cups. Let's talk about this for a moment. I'm a hard-cup, flotation device pads kinda woman. After years of breastfeeding and with age comes a bit of sagging. If you have the saggy girls, might I suggest investing in a pair of hard cups because they insert perfectly and give a more flattering and youthful silhoutte and hold those babies up to be at their perkiest!The rusching is also an added feature for slimming. And that neckline. Oh lord, how I love that squared-off neckline.I''ll tell you something else. My husband is Parisien. That means he believes himself to be an expert on women's fashion. (eyeroll) He usually gives the French Shrug to any one-piece I've worn but..when I exited out of the ocean in this, he gave his seal of approval and told me that this bathing suit is spectacular. So I'm gonna surprise him by treating myself to a second one that he can pay for!Look. I realize that it's July and this summer has almost passed us by . But due to circumstances beyond our control, there's still plenty of sun and swime time! But for the remaining days till the Fall, this is the only suit you will need. The comfort level is stellar, as is the fit and it is flattering to boot. And don't even get me started on the price. It's better in price AND quality than any of the garbage I've seen in department and specialty stores geared to the older woman or ANY woman .This is an excellent suit and I'm glad I ordered it.Thank you for reading this review and I hope you enjoyed it!

I was pleasantly surprised by how well this bathing suit looks and fits. The reviews were spot on. It’s flattering in pretty much every way.Personally, I wish it came with straps that crisscrossed on the back, but the halter isn’t terrible. I’d give it a solid 9.5 out of 10. It makes the girls look great, helps hide the mom belly, and doesn’t ride up.

I got the black and peach floral print and it's really cute. For starters: I am over 50, 5'5", 130 pounds, 36C. I have an apple shape so I always look for swimsuits that have tummy control or at least some sort of camouflage so my belly and waist aren't so noticeable.This suit has all kinds of belly shrinking details.. It has a good amount of Spandex to hold me in but isn't tight and uncomfortable. It also has ruched and a pattern. The eye doesn't go to my stomach at all and I do look slimmer. I got a size medium and it fits great.. The only thing I wish is that this had underwire or hard shell padding. It has soft pads which are pretty good but I would like more support. With the halter tie, I can adjust the bust area to be a little bit of a push up one which is flattering. The pads are removeable and different ones can be placed if wanted.Overall, this is a great buy. I have paid so much more for a swimsuit that wasn't nearly as flattering and well fitting. The coverage, both on the thigh area and the bust is fine. It's not too much but isn't all covered up either. The suit also holds up fine when swimming or in the water. When I get out, it stays put without me having to adjust it and pull down the bottom part and yank up the top part. It's a great buy. I removed a star because I would love for the bust area to be a bit more supportive but I would rate 4.5 stars if I could.

All the reasons I love this suit:1. Flattering in the tummy area. I haven’t lost any of the baby weight from my second and still look pregnant, this suit pulls my tummy in and the fabric helps disguise it a bit2. Enough butt coverage. I’m a little curvy and I hate when swimsuits don’t give me enough coverage and I’m constantly picking wedgies. This one was perfect for me, it didn’t ride up and gave me enough coverage to feel comfortable.3. Good support for bust. I’ve breastfed two babies and with both produced a massive oversupply so I’m pretty deflated lol. I really need something to hold these puppies up. I wear a 36G bra and found plenty of coverage and support with this swimsuit.4. Flattering back coverage. This suit comes up high enough to cover my back folds.*side note: I bought this to take my 5 year old daughter to visit family that belongs to a pool. I’m not happy with my body right now, but I didn’t want my insecurities about my body to show in front of my daughter and 15 year old niece. I’m so glad I found this swimsuit last minute because it helped me feel confident. I got in the water with my daughter for the first time in her life and we had so much fun.So if you’re reading these reviews and having anxiety about going out in public in a swimsuit, just remember that no one else is looking at you, they’re all too busy being self conscious about their own bodies. Go out and enjoy your hot girl summer!! 😘For size reference, I ordered an XL. I’m 5’-6” and 212 pounds. I wear a 36G bra, size XL underwear, size L tops, and size 14 pants. I bought the swimsuit in XL and it fit perfectly.

Perfect sizing, excellent material, looks great hides what needs to be hidden

This bathing suit looks quite flattering. However, the halter part that ties around your neck really hurts if you have large breasts to support. The discomfort happened immediately, I couldn't tolerate having this bathing suit on for more than 10 minutes before I noticed myself hunching over to accommodate the tight halter. If I tried to loosen the halter than my breasts would hang down to my knees. Okay maybe I'm exaggerating about the hanging down to my knees part, but there's no way to support the girls and have it look flattering and be comfortable all at the same time.

Great suit for a great price! I’m a middle aged woman who is 5’7” and about 170lbs the large fit great. I may actually buy it again in a different colour!

Me gusta el estilo y como arma la figura. Lo que noté no muy bien es el forro , la calidad ahí no es de 100 pero vale mucho la pena porque todo lo demás es de mi agrado .

Je fais du S habituellement et là ce maillot est un peu trop grand pour moi.Du coup les gros plis commencent dès l’entrejambes jusqu’en haut du maillot. Ça baille, ce n’est pas joli.Les plis sont fait avec un tissu doublé, à l’utilisation, ce maillot est très long à sécher…. Ce n’est pas pratique.Dommage car l’idée était intéressante.Je fais du 85B et franchement l’effet push up ne se voit pas. Il y a juste de la mousse rembourrée au niveau de la poitrineRien d’extraordinaire par rapport à la photo, plutôt déçue …
