I've been reading about the health risks of added fragrance in products. So I shopped for a shampoo that's made without fragrance. It wasn't easy to find! This GENTLE FORMULA is not only FRAGRANCE-FREE, it's also made without harsh sulfates, parabens, silicones, essential oils, etc.

Briogeo please, PLEASE never stop making this!This shampoo is best suited for those with skin allergies and sensitive scalps. There are a fair amount of reviews on here saying that it dries out your hair. I want to address those claims. This is a very cleansing shampoo but not in the sense that it strips or clarifies your hair. It contains green tea which has a very astringent effect and other great benefits. It also DOES NOT contain heavy oils, waxes, silicones or perfumes of any kind. NO FILLERS! Because of that, your hair will not be coated in the traditional crap that all other shampoos contain that you’ve grown accustomed to in a poor attempt to give you that false sense of “moisture” and “health”. You know that lovely bumpy/itchy scalp you’re dealing with (which is probably why you are here considering the purchase of this product in the first place)? It’s because of those other ingredients! Having said all that, this shampoo is not designed to be used alone. You WILL need to follow with the conditioner to detangle and provide adequate moisture to your hair after use. It cleanses really well & my hair and scalp feel great with no adverse reactions. My hair looks so healthy and shiny after using this line of products. No more rashes, breakouts, itchiness or flakes! I am not having to wash my hair as often because it cleanses properly and doesn’t contain all that chemical filler crap that makes hair greasy and weighed down by the next day.So please, do yourself a favor….if you’re struggling and you’ve tried everything, TRY THIS! Just make sure you use the conditioner afterwards.Other helpful tips with this line:-Shampoo gently focusing on the scalp in warm (NOT HOT!) water.-Shampoo twice if you use other products for styling to ensure proper cleansing with no build up.-USE THE CONDITIONER! Use from roots to ends and it does not take much product. Just focus on gently working the product through the hair and then rinse throughly in warm water. I usually do another quick rinse in cool or cold water to seal the hair cuticle. I think this also helps with shine.I hope this helps others who are struggling and have spent way too much money on other products that don’t work. THANK YOU BRIOGEO!

I bought the shampoo and conditioner. Neither of them come with the pump, as shown, just a squeeze cap. It really difficult to get the shampoo and conditioner out as the bottle is very stiff and shampoo and conditioner is thick. I will try to see if I can find it separately. Other than that, this is a great product.

cannot clean oily hair

I was having horrible allergic reactions after every shower and got to the point where I didn’t want to even shower anymore.I got this (via the recommendation of a friend), and I haven’t had an allergy problem since. This is great if you have allergies to fragrance!In addition, my hairdresser just told me that this is the softest and supplest my hair has ever been in the past couple years!1000% recommend!!

I'm allergic to scents of any kind. Finding an unscented shampoo/conditioner is a labor of love. Tried the conditioner first and I love it! Can tell even in the shower that it's hydrating and there no scent at all, no making fragrance or any of the tricks other companies use to say it's unscented or fragrance free. The shampoo I've noticed is not so great. There's no scent which is awesome but it definitely dries out my hair. In the shower my hair feels like straw when I'm rinsing it out. So I'll stick with the conditioner and hope a more economical unscented shampoo will show up someday.

I have a very sensitive scalp and this is the only shampoo I’ve found that doesn’t irritate .
