Whats the recommended amount to use per day?

A small amount, just enough to rub a bit into the affected area, once or twice a day. I believe it actually CURED my eczema ... better than the prescriptions from the dermatologist. (That's only my perception, of course. I'm not a doctor. But the eczema, which I'd had a long time, disappeared soon after I started using the Gold Bond eczema cream.)

does this work on hands

Yes, Need to use 2 to 3 times a day and before going to bed. I have psoriasis and this cream works the best.

Can you use this as a mosturizer on your face?

I have seen people with eczema on the face. I would imagine this product is designed to be used on your face as well. But I would go to GoldBondultimate.com and ask them to be sure.

What are the "three vitamins"? I don't see any vitamins listed anywhere on the tube or in the ingredients.

Vitamins have several chemical forms so they list the specific form they use in the ingredients rather than just the name of the vitamin. For some vitamins the different forms can have different effects or strengths, which I think is why they list the form. (I do wish they’d list both though.) From this ingredient list, Tocopheryl Acetate is vitamin E, magnesium ascorbyl phosphate is vitamin C, and Panthenol is vitamin B5. Hope this helps!
