It talks about being different and not being the same.

I bought this book to put in th waiting room of my department at work. The little girl wears glasses. So do most of our patients. It is proving popular so far. The story is gentle and the pictures beautiful. Hope it encourages parents to check out the other TLOS books.

I have bought several of these books since it has came out 2 for me ( I have a signed one that is put up and than one that is in on my book self) 1 for my mother 1 for my daughter 1 for my niece, when I got the very first book I only bought it because it was one of Chris books and I wanted to make sure that the collection I have of land of stories stays complete, but after I read it with my daughter I knew it was something I would later buy again and I did I got a copy for my daughter., and when I went to one of his book signings I got one for my mother and than bought another one for him to sign. I have all of Chris's books but this is the only book I have more than one copy of. I love this story and I am 37 years old I have bought more copy's of this book than any grown woman should. But once you read it you just want to spread the story to others.
