All about the marketing?
I’m a bloke and as such I have some views about this and other ‘supplements’ etc. So lets talk about the packaging .... yes it’s very slick and looks great and the little glass bottles all look amazing ... so how much of the cost for this is packaging and marketing? Quite a bit I suspect. The active ingredient ... well It is very difficult to ascertain what, if any, benefits this is bringing. How do you test this? As far as I can tell the vitamin/supplement industry seems to have no regular toon at all to prove the product you are buying actually works. We all know about the Placebo effect as well. My other half says she can tell the difference. personally I saw no benefit whatsoever. I gave too a 4 star because while i saw no benefit ... i saw no poor side effects either ... so it’s OK (3 stars) ... the other half swears by it and gave it 5 stars .... so we split the difference.

Results have been stronger nails and less breakages in hair, no real difference in skin yet
My other half has been using this for a few weeks and hasn't noticed any real improvements to her skin tone but she does say that her nails seem stronger and her hair isn't as likely to break as before So that side of things seem to be working. I can't really give this a higher score until the skin side of things kicks in. That plus the price makes this a considered purchase. Thankfully the flavour is also unlike some of the other brands which taste pretty dreadful If she feels that the collagen is really improving her skin then I will update this review

Premium GOLD COLLAGEN
I recently got acquainted with the products of the GOLD COLLAGEN brand. I also currently testing some. Their product range is also characterized by premium collagen liquid-based products and various tablet-based collagen products and vitamin preparations. The brand’s communication is trying to pick up this premium line. . The product now being tested is a marine collagen product in liquid form. I have to admit, these two qualities are what I prefer when consuming and buying a collagen product as well. I love sea-based collagen because it contains ingredients that are good for my body. And I like the liquid form because it's easy and simple to consume. . This product according to the brand communication is a hair growth aid product. I found everything to fit the description. However, I also have to say, given that we are talking about a premium priced product, that I did not experience any significant change during the time tested. My nails are stronger, my hair is shiny. But I think I could report a real change after several months of consumption. The taste of the product is edible, there is no problem with it. I basically recommend the product! Thanks for reading my review, I hope you found it helpful. XO Sue

Great product, but confusing company
This is a very nicely presented product! It comes in a lovely box (that is surprisingly heavy), and when you open it up, it's like opening a little treasure chest! You've got your 10 glass (excellent quality) bottles and a QR code to sign up to be a member of their website. I'm actually very impressed by the quality of the bottles, these are some seriously high quality bottles that I'm going to keep after use! The taste of these are incredible! I've tried a variety of serums in the past that have had some... "interesting" flavours, but this tastes just like a peach smoothie! No complaints whatsoever with consuming the product. It has a good variety of ingredients in it and some basic explanations for why they've included them. They've very clearly included the fact that there's a patented formula as well as their 2 clinical trials. While I was able to find the patent (which doesn't really say very much... You could mix a load of random ingredients and patent it, it doesn't mean it does anything useful), I wasn't able to find the papers they refered to. They've included a reference number, but they haven't said where to look these references up.... Perhaps inclusion of PubMed IDs would be helpful to make it easy for people to look these purported studies up? The most confusing thing for me, is the fact that their whole product lines are all pretty much the same price, and are barely different in ingredients. I'm not convinced that it's actually worth buying the different product lines. Just buy one of them and you could buy some extra supplement pills yourself for much cheaper if you wanted to fill in any gaps. They claim 3 different outcomes depending on how long you take these, which varies from 3 to 9 weeks. That's 21 to 54 bottles.... There's 10 bottles in each pack. That's a lot of money to be spending to get the results they claim! I personally don't like the idea of "serums" as most of them are just over-marketed overpriced products that aren't much better than the much cheaper pill or powder forms. Yes, there might be some ingredients in this that are absorbed better, but the cheaper products make up for it by including more of it! If you REALLY want some sort of "drinkable" supplements for your beauty needs, then I'd recommend this product as it seems to be pretty good - especially for gifting purposes! If you're looking for cheap but effective supplements, I'd recommend looking at pills.

Tastes good
This could get very expensive if you follow the recommended dose for the weeks required. I couldn't justify this and could never afford to continue purchasing these. They are packed very well, come in strong glass bottles and taste good except for the slight after taste of the sweeteners used (I'm not a fan of sweeteners). I can't make any claims as to the effects or befits but the ingredients would point to a quality product which I would like to be able to continue with
