This product is exactly what I was expecting.

I love dal and rice. This lovely pickle alongside a spoon of yogurt completes a satisfying vegetarian dish.

I do like that I was able to find some authentic tasting achar on amazon that delivered quickly and there was nothing wrong with it! The only thing I will say is that it is extremely oily, more than I am used to and will most likely stain clothes so be very careful when initially opening it. Otherwise such a convenient find on Amazon!

Spicy and flavorful mango pickle relish without being extremely salty. It's plenty salty, but less so than others I've had. Perfect!

I make an old Greek potato salad with just a little bit of this, avocado oil or olive oil, green onions, boiled potatoes and eggs. Stir up and let marinate overnight. My mother wanted a recipe without Mayo for a change.
