What energy rating is this? In terms of how much electricity does it need to run?

For me it uses very little I have a smart meter and when using the dehydrator it never shows higher than the lowest level of use I use it quite a lot

How loud is the machine? It will be in my kitchen, right next to my bedroom and it will run at night so need it to be as quiet as possible. Thanks

It’s reasonably quiet but as sound Carries at night you will doubtlessly hear it. Sounds like a quieter microwave when running.

How low does the temperature go?

Lowest temperature is 50c.. hope this helps.
