I like these vitamins. My energy levels have increased. I think that it is worth the money. They are not so big you have trouble swallowing. That’s a huge plus for me.

I just started taking these. I will say they do smell, and the first day taking them I was a little bloated and burpy. the burps did smell like the capsules. Day two of taking them my pee is green. But no more burping or bloating! I have been taking them with food! I’m hoping this is just the first day kinks but overall I do like them! Update: I just purchased my second bottle of these! I honestly have no complaints! All positives for me!

Update: I did just cave and mixed them into some water. I figured that I could do a shot of vitamin powder better than swallowing the pills. Surprisingly, it hardly has a taste. And there wasn't the aftertaste that the pills had. I'll be mixing them into my drinks from now on lol I want to give these 5 stars, but I just can't bring myself to take them regularly due to how big they are. 2 horse-sized tablets a day is a lot for someone who doesn't like taking pills. You could break them up into drinks, like suggested by the listing, but you certainly wouldn't want to lol. That being said, I feel great when I take them, better than any others vitamins that I've tried. I just wish that there were a smaller option (I though I understand why there's not)

Took these for three days and I broke out in hives. Day one and two I felt fine but then day 3 I could not stop itching and arms felt swollen . This vitamin does carry a ton of vitamin b as well as other vitamins so not sure what triggered my hives. Sadly I will have to stop taking. Also, pee was highlighter yellow and so that is telling me my body is basically getting rid of excess vitamins.

Really great vitamins, but this one gives me a migraine, every time I take it.
