Seiko Men's Analogue Automatic Watch 5 Sports, Black, SRPD55K2, Analgoue, 5K2

Un reloj precioso fiable y con un diseño eterno. En éste modelo en concreto trae una correa muy peculiar de caucho en la base y un revestimiento de cuero cosido al caucho lo que la hace más duradera, pues el contacto con la piel lo hace el caucho que no se estropea con el sudor, y la estética de la piel permanecerá lustrosa más tiempo. La caja en sí de éste modelo es la misma que la de su predecesor el skx 007, por eso indico que es un modelo que siempre va a gustar cómo un Rolex Submariner, aun que le pasen 20 años seguirá en un canon estético bonito. Lo único malo.... Que no trae la corona roscada con lo cuál ya no es un Diver al uso, aun que sigue ofreciendo 100m de estanquidad que son más de lo necesario, pero nos obliga a estar pendiente de las gomas de sellado con el tiempo. La tala trasera del reloj es ahor amas bonita que en el skx ya que es un cristal que deja ver wl fabuloso movimiento 4r36 de Seiko que va de lujo. Y lo mejor han mejorado la estética del dial haciendolo más elegante y refinado, con los índices lumínicos con un borde cromado. En definitiva un reloj para tenerlo usarlo y heredarlo. Una joya.

Eigentlich wollte ich mir schon vor vielen Jahren die SKX anschaffen, so ein wunderschöner Klassiker, doch wie so oft im Leben, immer kam etwas dazwischen (...meist eine andere Uhr). Bei dem "Nachfolger" (....ich sag das jetzt mal so) hab ich dann zugeschlagen, alldieweil der Preis auch gerade unschlagbar war. Was soll ich sagen, ich bin sooo froh darüber. Ein wunderschönes Stück Uhrgeschichte. Abgesehen von der nicht schraubbaren Krone, damit kann ich gut leben, hat diese Uhr keine von den Maleschen oder Herstellungsungenauigkeiten, die andere Kunden beschrieben haben. Mein Exemplar ist Top verarbeitet und alles ist akurat, so wie es sein soll....und ich bin weiß Gott pingelig in solchen Dingen. Ich wünsche anderen Kunden ebenfalls ein so gut gebautes Exemplar. Unbedingte Empfehlung meinerseits.

I love this watch......it never goes out of my wrist

I am very happy with it. It gets some hate from watch enthusiasts for looking like the legendary SKX, but not having a screw-down crown and 200m water resistance. However, in my opinion it looks great, has an updated movement, compared to the SKX and is a great value for money. Not everyone can get a SKX and not everyone goes diving and needs the 200m water resistance. There are also plenty of styles to chose from, so overall I would definitely recommend this watch.

Seiko sports 5 is an awesome watch series but I have doubt about product I received. Watch was sent in Old worn out box (attaching images for reference). Dimensions of watch don't match with those given in description OR official seiko site. Dial and strap didn't have plastic cover, overall it looks used or renewed. I am going to raise a return request
