Q: I need a pump to use this ?

It comes with a pistol type pump which, in my experience doesn't work at all to produce a water stream, and also leaks. Save your money

This fix by "M. Clayton on December 22, 2021" worked for me. Remove all screws carefully, set them aside and don't lose them. Inside you will see where the forward bellows/valve has come unscrewed. screw it back together, then re-assemble the handle using the screws. A customer shouldn't have to do this, but a customer can, and avoid having to buy another. It requires a #0 or #1 screw driver. "The design flaw is that if the tip that the tube attaches to is spun too many times it will cause it to unscrew from the baffle inside. Once this happens it no longer works. To repair remove the screws in the trigger assembly, attach the baffle back to the tip by twisting it on. Reassemble the trigger assembly by carefully repacking the trigger and spring and tightening the screws. "

Q: This thing doesn't work. How do i get a replacement or my money back?

Mine works fine, a little too fine if I don’t pinch the hose. It has a lot of suction power. Sucks all the water out before I can clean all of the gravel. Don’t know if yours is defective or what’s going on but I just put it in the water pull the trigger a few times. Maybe you should just to see if everything is snug. If it’s leaking air anywhere it won’t work.
