Excellent Record of Workouts
I bought this to use with my personal trainer. I have a pt session once a week so use this to record what we do on the left hand page then I repeat the session on the right hand page the following week when I’m training on my own. Lots of room to write all the information I need & can easily read what I have written. I have had these type of books in the past but in A5 size which is too small. This book is perfect & works great for me.

Great little book but probably needs double the pages. Great layout and if you have regular workouts and not different it would be even more useful. Recommended by my PT

Basic journal…
Plenty of room for most training to be recorded. Ideal for tracking workouts without pages being taken up by unnecessary food tracking. If your not recording your food and just your training this is great.
