Great dispenser. I love it. This one is the best one that I've owned.
Love it! Easy install, nice quality, and works well. What more do you want? Pump was just right in the amount it delivers, and the hose quality is really good and flexible. Had adapter to attach to almost any soap lid size. I put a large 128oz one I don't think i'll be replacing the soap anytime soon!! I will say one thing, once you install and start to pull soap from the bottle, be patient!! Take your time, don't rush it or over pump. Just be patient, the pump is working but takes time getting there. Once it arrives, you'll have plenty of soap and wont' have to do that again, but just a warning on that first install.

Had it for over a year now. Works great.
It looks great in my kitchen. Love that it doesn't dispense too much soap at a time. Well worth the money. Honestly didn't think it would have lasted this long. It was a bit tricky to install though.

If you don't get soap pumping, flip your check valve!
My first install was tedious and took forever because I was installing it wrong. After it was installed wrong - black rubber gasket was on top of the sink, not underneath where it belonged - plus, the pump wouldn't pump. I came here to read reviews and 1. Saw the black gasket belonged underneath the sink 🤬 and 2. Someone else had the hose installed correctly, like me... Notched end goes on the pump, the other end goes in the soap and the pump wasn't pumping so they flipped the check valve. Hello! That fixed my issue of not pumping soap, but I still had to undo my entire first install and redo it the right way. The second time I used plumbers putty under the pump and that made the second install easier because the putty helped to keep the pump in place while screwing the nut underneath. I had another pump I bought here on Amazon in 2021 and it worked pretty good, but the soap I was using, Ginger Lily Farms Basil (also purchased here), was coagulating and became too thick for the pump. That's why I bought this and a different gallon of dish soap. Palmolive. I hope this lasts longer than a year and a half. We shall see. Installing this, maybe check your check valve BEFORE installation to make sure it's not flipped. To flip the check valve, just pull the hoses off both ends taking note of how it needs to be flipped. The end of the hose that has a little notch cut in it goes on the pump, the other end goes in the soap AND the black rubber gasket goes under the sink before the nut is screwed down. If you have plumbers putty, you might want to use it under the pump. It makes the installation a lot easier. So far I like this and hope it continues to work.

Works great once you get it going!
Easy to install and works great. Just be prepared to pump it about 5 million times (or 200) to get the dish cleaner flowing. Probably should have primed the hose to start.

This thing is garbage.
This is the epitome of non-functioning Chinese trash. In China they don’t throw tgeir trash away, they claim it’s a product and export it to the US. Now to all the thing wrong with this cheap plastic abortion. First the threaded plastic tube that you are supposed to thread a plastic nut on to hold the soap dispenser in place is missing threads right at the critical stage of tightening the nut down (picture 1). If you look at the picture you can see a square section with no threads. There is another spot like that on each side of the pipe. When the nut gets to that section, rather than tighten down is comes out of the threads and gets really loose. Then you get it back to the point where you’re just starting to tighten it down and it does it again. You can’t get this dispenser mounted with the parts they supplied. I took the plastic nut from the old soap dispenser and used that as a shim so I could tighten it down before it got to the bald spot. The next major piece of stupidity in this piece of trash is the tube for the soap dispenser (picture 2) It is supposed to attach to the pump by slipping inside of the tube on the pump. I took a picture of the tube and pump sitting on top of the installation instructions that came with the dispenser. Do you notice how the tube and the part of the pump it’s supposed to attach to are the exact same diameter? You can’t get that tube inside the pump unless you fold in half. Once again, this problem can’t be resolved unless you go find your own parts to make it work. I have some unused 1/4 inch fuel line so I just threw away the tube that came with the dispenser and replaced it with the fuel line between the pump and dispenser. The last thing is the pump is too weak to actually pull dish soap through the tube up to the dispenser. And even if it weren’t, the vaccum from the suction necessary to pull the soap through the tube causes the rubber tube to flatten out. I had to mix the dish soap 50% water and 50% dish soap to get it to work. I installed a new faucet and soap dispenser and the dispenser took 5 times as long to install as the faucet. I got the dispenser installed and working but I’m still pulling it out and returning it just on general principle.

Works great, looks nice, still spot free
I installed this soap dispenser over a year ago. The spot free nickel finish is still spot free, no rust, and no wiggles! I buy the large kitcken sized bottles of Dawn and the dispenser plug that attaches the hose to the Dawn bottle fits perfectly. In one year, I've only had to buy 2 bottles of Dawn. It dispenses just enough with one pump to get a soapy handwashing, or 2 pumps to get your sponge fully lathered for dish-washing. The pump and hardware to seat it in the sink hole is high quality. After a whole year of 4 people pushing on the pump dispenser multiple times a day, it is still firmly seated where it was installed, and doesn't leak at all. I'm quite happy with this soap dispenser and the brushed nickel finish perfectly matches my Delta faucet.

Classy looking dispenser! Arc shape matches faucet. Easy to install, simply connect the hose to the big ugly jug under the sink, no refills, no clutter, and I love it!
