Very good coffee! But you have to wonder, who was jonesing for a cup of coffee so bad that they decided to sort through civet poop to find coffee beans? All joking aside, this is exceptionally good coffee. Very, very smooth, with almost no bitterness or acid. I made pour overs and impressed everyone who tried it.

I usually use cream for coffee, but I was able to drink this black. It still had a great, non-bitter taste.

I love the coffee, but I'm not sure it's the best. I only had the White Bag. I'm willing to use some "free" stimulus money and try the Black Bag.

There is a lot of air inside of the bag. It is not vacuumed sealed and It's not as full, as it's picture.I have included a photograph, so you can see the air on the edge of the bag, it is still closed. I do not know if it has a hole.And I guess it's sealed.But air,.. in the bag is not good to preserve the taste of the beans. But I will find out this weekend when I head up to my cabin. I will grind some up there in hopefully enjoy.

Pleasantly surprised how fresh this coffee is! Must be the way their packaging is with all the air sucked out. It was very smooth, no bitterness or after taste and the aroma was amazing. Thinking of subscribing to a larger size like 16oz or 1kg which is cheaper per oz.

This smells and tastes exactly like hazelnut coffee lol. It is nothing like what I remember having tried in the past. I kick myself for not realizing that this price point is suspiciously low, but I have a hard time believing that this is 1., real, and 2., if it is real, ethically-sourced. The language on the package is written in a manner that implies that it is ethically-produced, but it is not explicit about it. In litigation, they could escape trouble by technically never having claimed that this was produced ethically.

This is the freshest and the best tasting coffee that we ever had with just the right balance of richness, flavor, acidity and smoothness. Wow, the aroma upon opening an airtight package was incredible. I could smell it throughout my home.

It's hard to believe this passed through a feliforms bowels because the taste is incredible. It's the perfect gift for your mother-in-law.It gives credibility to the phrase "the cats a$$!"
