It came boiling and some of the tables were crushed! It is supposed to be in cooler during delivery, this is supplement, on the package it is suggested to be stored in cool place! This is not serious, this is not some cheap kind of vitamins. I payed a lot of money!

While the pills are pretty big and a bit challenging to swallow, they have been highly effective for me in measurably lowering my stress levels (HRV), in combination with other changes that I did to my diet etc. I feel a lot more at ease and more calm.

Felt improvement after one day!! My cortisol levels were tested and very low — this is helping so much!

This supplement has been helpful for me. I feel the difference in energy in the day when I take this supplement. Not a rush in energy but a steady, calm energy. It is a bigger pill but easy to swallow and has no after taste.
