sectional couch/bed review
awesome product - I found this on resale, I love the storage compartment and that it can also be turned into a bed like a futon. comes in 2 large pieces so assembly is very simple (check inside each large piece), and you can adjust the sectional end to be on either side. I think it looks nice and so far feels comfy, both as a couch and a bed. shipping was tricky on this - it ended up getting lost in a different state via a middleman carrier but the seller was very helpful/polite and quick to respond, so everything got sorted and it worked out in the end!

Good price and quality
Couch has lasted about 3 years. It is great. I love it.

It's nice but not built strong
Soft off white velvet. Easy to put together. It's comfortable as in firm. If you like to sink in, this is not for you. Built a bit flimsy so not a long term piece of furniture. We use it in the basement for extra sleeping space used a few times a year.

Love my green velvet couch!
Just received this couch two days ago and being a female who has relied always on a man to fix anything I was super proud to fix this on my own and within 2 hours with cleanup !! I just moved to NY and this totally is perfect for small apartments . Now to the color and feel , buy this already , I’ve always wanted a velvet couch and it looks super cute in the house and I love the firmness! The delivery arrived a week earlier than predicted and came in two huge boxes and luckily with no damages and I was to push it into my apartment. The instructions were easy to follow and it gives you two options on how you want to set up the sectional as it’s reversible ! The best part is I’m always looking for a deal - I first saw this couch on Wayfair and was about to purchase it based on the good reviews but it was out of stock in this color and was an additional $150 more so do your research ! I bought this eventhough there was no reviews on Amazon and I’m so glad.

Product came missing
Only received half of the futon. Reached out to CosmoLiving but they were no help. Waste of time and money

Received half the futon
I only received half of my package. Definitely listen to the other reviews stating this! Update: The company made things right and sent me the other half. I did have to reach out to CosmoLiving directly to get it fixed.

Beautiful piece
This couch exceeded my expectations. Really beautiful color and feel. Is firm but feels durable and long lasting

Don't expect any help from the manufacturer
This couch arrived, many, many weeks after ordering, completely busted on one side. In addition, it was missing over half of the legs. After a long while fighting with the manufacturer's customer service department, and a lovely Amazon rep also fighting with them on my behalf - I realized that the manufacturer does not stock any large parts of this couch. They literally didn't even have a piece they could send, even if they wanted to. They did send me some legs. Thankfully, we got a full refund, and my husband set to work for a week rebuilding the entire broken half. As far as comfort - no, I would not say it is "comfortable". It is "manageable" to sit on. It's very firm. The outer fabric is nice, but it does tear easily (we already have two holes). I cannot comment on the comfort for sleeping, as we haven't used it that way yet. It does look nice in our space - but that's my only real compliment.
