can one person set this up without being a muscle bound person?

One person can set this up/down but it just takes more time. I've done it by myself. You just have to be patient and pull out each corner a bit at a time. It's a bit heavy to drag around but the carrying case has wheels to help with that.

Does this come with a storage bag?

It used to come with a storage bag & stakes but does not now. Amazon has not changed the description but is knowingly shipping these out without the bag & stakes. They will not send you the parts you must send it in for a refund. The manufacturer will not send you the missing parts either as they don't make a bag for this tent anymore.

does it hold up in strong winds

I have used mine for outside festivals and such as a food vendor. I witnessed many tents get destroyed by high winds. The trick for us was to have all the corners weighted down with 5 gal. buckets filled with sand, and lower the top down to its lowest position. (Not the button in the hole setting, rather, lower the poles to the ground.) We had sidewalls, so that may have helped, I can't really say, and we made they they were nice and tight too, but, as a general rule, I would just take it down if you can. That wasn't always an option for us. We had a full kitchen set up under it! (I know this post is several years old. Just putting this info out there for anyone that may stumble in here wondering the same.)

Thrippy 7: Yes, the storage bag has two wheels. Each one is approximately one inch wide and one and a half inches in diameter.
