This works great for a under the desk, work from home job. Its super quite so like me, my callers cant hear anything. It is better to wear with shoes as it can be uncomfortable after a while without. It goes as slow or fast as you prefer to peddle. I can feel the burn after awhile of doing so but not so much Im out of breath while talking. It did take time for me to learn to multitask of peddling and typing.
