This is a beautiful well made leather bag with a lot of room for files, laptop etc. It's held up well the past 9 months since I purchased it. In the 9th month the leather started collapsing at the base of the bag unless it will filled to capacity. I don't think it would do that if it wasn't so wide at the base, which is handy when you need that much room but most often I have it only about half full. So if you need a lot of room this is the bag for you, but if you're like me, then I wouldn't purchase this particular bag.I will say when I contacted Amazon who is the seller for this bag and explained the problem they refunded me $30.00 as a courtesy since it's well past the time the bag can be returned for a refund.

Beautiful color, stands up without slouching or tipping, pockets on exterior front and back,multiple interior pockets. Big enough to hold legal sized documents.My only issue? I don't like the handles. They are on the long side andget in my way. My previous briefcase had rolled handles that I prefer.
