These arrive flat, with ribbon strand to tie them. White, lilac, purple in sized sets. I am not that delicate with fiddly craft items, but, even I managed to produce good pom poms. The result is a pom pom resembling a chrysanthemum flower. I only tore 1 tiny piece of the tissue, which was not noticeable when completed. I used the pom poms to decorate a Cadbury chocolate tier tower for a birthday, the colours were ideal. Simple to use and effective. I, being super fussy here, would have liked the pom pom to be extra round in shape, but, considering how they are formed, that is not quite possible. They were still round shaped, but, a little flat towards the middle. Quality and quantity was spot on.
