Q: I am confused. Does it come with a 0.5 inch head or not?

It comes with a 0.25mm roller head. The 0.5mm roller heads are exclusively available on our website.

Q: Why do you have to replace the roller heads when other quality company’s don’t suggest it

Excellent question. The safety of our consumers are of the utmost concern and our directions are based on expert opinions from healthcare professionals and estheticians to ensure their safety through proper sanitary practices and methods. Less sanitary methods, promoted by non-healthcare professionals and by other derma roller manufacturers, may compromise skincare health which may be practiced at your own risk. Responsibly, we do not condone or recommend less sanitary practices. If you were to look at the safety standards of professional microneedling by estheticians, dermatologists, or healthcare professionals, they are required to dispose of needles after each use. We recommend that 0.25mm roller heads should be replaced after 3-5 uses. Our recommendation is based on needle length, wear and tear on the needles, and sanitation. Much like a razor blade, the sharpness of the needles will dull with each use. However, unlike a razor blade, microneedles puncture the skin, are more invasive and prone to bacterial contamination. To minimize injury from dull, bent, and/or damaged needles due to regular usage, and to prevent contamination or unsanitary use, we strongly recommend roller heads should be replaced after 3-5 uses. This recommendation is supported by many estheticians, dermatologists, and healthcare professionals.

Q: What is this supposed to do for you?

It’s supposed to mimic a microdermabrasion facial. I wrote this review a few years ago. After learning a lot about skincare I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone anymore. You will damage your skins natural barrier.
